Who can use Ophelia?
Ophelia has been co-designed with and for practitioners in health, community services, municipalities, government departments, non-government organisations, community-based organisations, the private sector, and any combination of these groups. Academic researchers also use the Ophelia process and support other organisations to use it
Organisations may benefit from using the Ophelia process because it will assist them to develop a deep understanding of what their community needs and how to use local wisdom and resources to solve small and big problems.
The Ophelia process can also be used as a quality assurance measure to gauge if community members trust their healthcare providers, can navigate the services they provide, and understand the information they receive. This is important information because organisations need to know what is working, where they need to improve, and how best to serve their community.
